Adding content to your workspace allows you to better organize the assets you want to work with, have quick access to your work-in-progress clips, as well as create playlists and highlight pages to share with others. This is also the only place where you can create reports and collaborate with other colleagues.
You can add assets to your workspace from the search results page. Once you have identified the content you want to work with, you can add either a single or multiple assets to your workspace by clicking on the blue folder button underneath the video thumbnail. You then have the option to select an already existing workspace, or create a brand new one.
To add multiple assets to your workspace, you can either use the checkbox next to each video, or the "Select All" option at the top of your search results. After you’ve selected the content you want to add, click on the green “Add to workspace” button. Choose the desired workspace and click add.
