Use of the Video Insights platform requires access to a desktop or mobile device with a high speed internet connection and a supported browser.
Tip: While Video Insights features are compatible with most mobile devices, some tools are not optimized for use on smaller screens. For this reason, we recommend using a desktop device to review and perform video edits.
Video Insights supports the latest version of each of the following browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge (limited functionality)
- Apple Safari
Note: Active testing is performed only in the latest version of each browser.

- Video Insights is not supported on any mobile devices.
