You can upload any documents, including PDF reports, Excel sheets, and even PowerPoints to a project using the files page.
Adding a New File
From the Files page, click "Add New File". Enter a title and a description, then choose the appropriate file type from the drop-down menu:
Note: If you assign the file type as "Report", it will show on the Project Summary page for easy accessibility.
After you’ve uploaded a file, you can use the "Actions" drop-down menu to the right of the file name to download, delete, or add tags to the file.
How to Download Transcripts
If you’ve requested transcripts for your project, they are uploaded to your project as a Word document and are easily downloaded from the Files tab.
From the Summary page, select the Files option.
From Files, click "Actions" and select "Download".
Your transcript will automatically begin downloading onto your computer.
